HOLY SHIT is this ever good. Do you like your black metal with hints of thrash, death, doom and completely over the top guitar playing (bordering on neoclassical)? If so, this will be stuck in your playlist for a damn long time...

I must agree... This stuff is right up my alley, kind of respecting Dissection's melodic Black/Death Metal heritage here and there musically but still sounding very much like its own unit really. Thanks for recommending this, bro!

Oh yeah, I reviewed this a while back. I recall finding the playing superior, but not always enough to sustain the songs for their entire runs.

Might be something I read but thought if it didnt at least get a 4/5 I would just bypass it...sounds like something I would do. Was so much easier back in the day when you only heard of maybe 100 albums a year and now it seems 100 albums is a slow week with the internet and everyone being able to get quality recordings from a home studio...lol

There's no reasonable way to keep track of every release these days, even from underground darlings. I just kind of pick what I think looks cool and go from there.

I forgot about that 24 hours in a day thing...
